Calathea ornata

The Calathea ornata can be a little finicky, but its needs are easily met. The Pinstripe plant thrives in humidity and requires a moist potting mix, however overwatering will cause the rhizomes to rot. In order for it to thrive, feed fortnightly with a liquid fertiliser during growing period.

The Calathea ornata prefers low to medium indirect light, and must be kept out of bright, full sun.
